4. Gear Allocation Strategy

Here’s how to smartly assign gear to your heroes:

Prioritize these hero types:

1. S-grade (Orange) Heroes
2. Heroes with exclusive gear you plan to purchase
3. High DPS (Damage Per Second) heroes

If you don’t have enough S-grade heroes, it’s okay to use purple (A-grade) heroes temporarily, especially if they give squad bonuses (e.g., troop capacity boosts with Blood Rose heroes).

5. Upgrade Milestone Guide

You can only promote a gear piece after reaching level 20.
So, the process is:

Only orange gear (S-quality) can be promoted.
